The Ohia Hawaiian Quilt motif was made using a traditional hand-carved stamp technique and then engraved on the back with the Hawaiian saying "ua ola loko i ke aloha" (love sprouts life within). Both pendant and chain are 2 micron 18kt gold plated sterling silver. In an effort to be as sustainable as possible, the piece is made from recycled gold and silver.
