Mahogany calabash with waves

The mahogany tree from which this bowl came grew on 7th Avenue in Kaimuki. It was removed when it outgrew it's front yard location. The wave pattern below the rim is burned and textured with a pyrography tool. KEYWORDS: Sculpture, wood, bowl, decor
