Chinaman's Hat - Mokoli'i

This oil painting captures the mystical beauty of Chinaman's Hat, or  Mokoli'i , a small, striking island off the coast of Oahu, Hawaii. The island’s unique shape, resembling an Asian hat, rises from the turquoise waters of Kaneohe Bay, shrouded in the soft mist of a passing rain shower. The scene is set in rainy weather, with a veil of mist surrounding the island and light rain falling over the bay, creating a serene, almost ethereal atmosphere.
